The city is divided into 4 parts. Upper, Mid, Lower, and Sub.

Locals tell me that the Lower City used to be all there was. The buildings that now barely even rise up to the Mid City were skyscrapers, it seemed like a joke.

 

They weren't joking.

 

Scanning through the unit database I see now it’s the truth. It seems it all accumulated through years and years of the rich wanting to expand upwards and create living areas for those who do the more essential jobs. The kind that makes them money.

 

The Mid City stretches to right above the smog layer.

 

The Upper City is far beyond that. Providing the upper mid-class and general 1% with cleaner air. No need for purifiers. The tallest tower is the UtopiTech Tower. No surprise there.

 

Perhaps someone could tell me more about the Sub City.
